| Muscled Luke on Facebook Hey guys (and gals). I have been a member on here for a while, and from time to time have shared my experiences with bodybuilding. I have started a Facebook profile that I will use to upload new pics of my progress. I am also adding pics from the past from previous comps . I have been training at the gym since 2000, and being a hard gainer, it has taken me this long to get up past 110 kgs (started at 75). I am going to compete in July 2014, with my goal weight of being in the Under 100 kg division.
