Gym and Home Gym Hi guys - wonder if you can advise. Set up a home gym, but got gym membership too. determined to bulk up; no excuses. obviously the gym has more equipment than the home gym does, so is it possible/advisable to use home gym to supplement training? Like do a little extra on legs day at home, or full body workout on rest days, or will that risk over-training? |

Well,I know very well that gym work is so good for the fitness of the body and build the body muscles so i like the gym work.According to me that gym is the perfectible solution for actual fitness of the body and reduce the extra body weight... __________________ Fitness San mateo |
