Daniele Seccarecci R.I.P.

An Italian Bodybuilder,Daniele Seccarecci died yesterday of a heart attack,at just 33. At one point he was the heaviest competing BB'er. Perhaps too much exertion in training..?

Seriously? You're asking WHY?

"An Italian Bodybuilder,Daniele Seccarecci died yesterday of a heart attack,at just 33. At one point he was the heaviest competing BB'er. Perhaps too much exertion in training..?"

...Perhaps he artificially increased his body mass beyond the point that his heart could take it?

High blood pressure + Cholesterol + any predisposition to heart disease =

Guy literally "built himself" into an early grave!

You ever see the t-shirt, "Life's too short to be small?" Well, he certainly proved it!

Sad, but he probably enjoyed being "BIG" more than anything else, so at least he was doing something he wanted to do.

Wouldn't be MY priority, but, hey, I'm not him.

P.S. Italians are HOT, I have to agree with you there!

Putting aside all my usual Negative Nancy and Debby Downer comments that have the power to bunch-up even the manliest of panties. . . ARE-EYE-PEE muscle guy.

Also, here is a source that confirms his death. I posted it mostly because I have a nit-picky problem with people saying things without a semi-valid form of confirmation. It's a shame that his passion in life was probably a part of his undoing - but at the same time - if you had to choose a way to go out it may as well be while you were doing the thing(s) you loved. Still, 33 is quite young.

Some guys out there are happy to die young, so long as they need a huge coffin.

Oh god, I am going to be really tasteless, but if my surname was Viator I would call all my first born sons Andrew or Alex.

Or possibly Daniel Ernst...

Ronnie Coleman takes blood thinning medicine every day. He also gets his heart checked every year. Heart failure seems to be the number one cause of premature death among bodybuilders followed by kidney failure. Kevin Levrone said that when he was competing he couldn't tie his own shoes because he was so big and the blood pressure so great. Muscles require more oxygen to function therefore the heart has to pump more often and greater volumes.
