hi guys just thought i wud give an update and how things are im currently 132 kg with abs and veyr lean
i did a bbcomp 3 weeks ago did crap asi didnt carb u fully so looked flat.
me being 6ft3 and 21stone on stageneededa4day carb up not 2 but oh well

as of now im in offseason eating lean clean but putting calories down me

next year i plan to be a beeast i wannt be on stage 127kg ripped to the bone and i willl get it

Just a word of warning: The blogsite referred to behaved strangely for me. I tried to leave it and it popped up a dialog asking if I really wanted to leave the page. Not a normal Internet Explorer behavior. It then froze my computer and I couldn't kill the browser window by the corner "X", nor the task manager, nor the "Alt-F4" key. Had to press power button to shutdown computer.

Virus scan didn't complain but things like that make me queasy. Those are what I call "bully sites".
