also..drugs dont destroy people. obsession does, taking anything in moderation wont kill you

I know, from experience, they do destroy. When you've watched your best friend die, you know. Marijuana may not, but there are drugs that do destroy. Please don't trivialize the impact to others with the moderation excuse. That stems from ignorance or rationalization.

Wow thats such a disappointment! The weed I don't have an issue with really... But WTF 11 pounds?! Clearly intention to transport and resell. Bad news for him sadly.

If its to be believed this is a fairy recent video of him?? Circa Sept 2013.

when I said that, I wasn't meaning to use in Kasey's case. I was meaning transport and resell. But the other way is valid too.

Not to dismiss what happened to your friend, but really, you know almost nothing. These charges may or may not destroy his life. Drugs are not an automatic death sentence, regardless of what happened to your friend. To say otherwise is to show your ignorance or rationalization.
