| Wow, four weeks ... looks like he's put on a fair bit of muscle along with leaning down. He definitely needs a posing coach. I'm not sure if those are supposed to be the standard compulsories but his lat spread is just rong. |

| Well today I'm doing chest at the gym, so I thought I'd share an awesome motivation to make me train hard. And hard he makes me. Hope you guys like this one too... And how about some more motivators... this last one is good at the beginning and then at about 3:24, where there's some nice posing... Let me know you guys are liking these... | Re: First video: Youtube Chest Training Robert Burkeina (spelling?) is thick and impressive, but his benching form sucks. Getting a pump isn't so much about loading a bar with 3 plates on a side, then only bringing the bar half way to your chest, then getting up and adding more weight. Getting a pump is going through the full range of motion to hit all the fibers and pump them up with blood. Doing half reps is for the end of a workout, when you've exhausted your muscles with full range of motion workouts. If I want/need to see someone put up 3 plates a side with decent form, I'll Google "High school football player workouts"!! It really frosts me when some bulging bbr gets online and uses horrible form to act as if he can "lift" all that weight. We don't watch you because you can lift so much weight. We watch you because of your huge muscle hypertrophy! Big doesn't necessarily equal "strong". Mdlftr |
