Introduction Didn't seem to be any other proper place for newbies to introduce themselves. Ill give you all the quick version of "me" age: 31 (on August 6th this year) Weight: 184 (as of today) Hight 5'6 (short, but im amazingly powerful) I have a tank type build, and a still a bit on the husky side for my weight. I need to drop a few more pounds but would like to add MUCH more muscle. I use to be extremely fat and weight in at 290 pounds. September will be my third year of lifting, but i would like to take it to the next levels, I plan to be HUGE! to put it simply. I didn't intend for this to happen, but getting rid of the weight and working out lead to a rather odd addiction to lifting. and now ive got a thing for lifting. I'm in allot of need of help. and im hoping that in a forum like this, i can find the advice and inspiration I need to achieve my goals. So, Peace out bros! p.s.,, should i post picks? |

Definitely post some pics. Be worth it to see you as you transform into a muscle beast. Sounds like you got a great frame for doing just that. |
