I think he means musclemen or muscleboys, in the same way that it is often used on this forum - rather than underaged boys. There is no need to be alarmed, I don't think he is retarDed or in prison.

When this first showed up, the movie buzz sites said it was a martial-arts-action movie about five (?) years ago, based on a popular novel whose hero was a bodybuilder-detective.

They got a martial-artist actor, and made the suit because no way he was willing to train for six years to get to the proportions of the character.
Though at some point he claimed he could do that but it would make him "too slow" ... yeah, maybe, if he trained wrong, it could.

Title is usually translated as "Running on Karma". There's a page about it on Wikipedia, but it's so poorly edited that it's kind of hard to read. Basically, the hero is an ex-Buddhist monk turned bodybuilder/stripper. He can see people's past lives and thus can deduce what will happen to them in this life. He spends most of the movie trying to rescue a female police officer from her karma (her previous life was as a particularly violent soldier) because she will be killed as a result of it. But when she finds out that she has bad karma, she attempts to track down a killer from the hero's past as a good deed, and ends up getting killed. The hero finds out about it and goes off to kill the murderer (which would condemn him as well -- killing is always bad karma), but thanks to the good karma which the policewoman built up, he instead confronts his inner demons and is able to merely capture the murderer and turn him over to the police.

It's not actually a completely bad movie, but the special effects are pretty cheesy as I recall, and it's a little disappointing that the obvious love interest gets killed. (Oh, and the hero loses his muscles and becomes a monk again in the end.)
