Looks like you are starting off with a good base to build on - better than average I would say. Start hitting those weights and see what happens! I'm sure you won't regret it.

Got a good base. Just eat, and lift. and eat some more. sleep. Oh, and get some whey, and eat tuna, and eat again. lol.

Ive been keeping an eating schedule of 6 times a day and lots of protien, lean meats- chicken, tuna, turkey, etc. you are what you eat, so keep it up with that muscle food.

I do eat a lot more now. But I admit its probably not all the right stuff. Trying to eat chicken whenever I can, though.

Thank for all the encouragement, guys. That's gotta be the best form of motivation for me!

I was feeling really pumped after working out, and a bit frisky, and decided to take some pics. Not any noticeable growth, but the lighting is better.

So its been about 2 months since I first posted and there have been some slight (and I mean very slight) growth. I don't own a scale so I can't weigh myself, but I doubt I put on any solid pounds.

My shoulders seem bigger, though, I think. Its making my arms feel a little heavier. I did measure my biceps today. At first, I was amazed when I measured my right arm: 15 1/2 inches! I wasn't expecting that. But I got disappointed when I measured my left arm at just over 13". I train it the same as my right, but is there something else I should be doing?

These pics are about a month old, but maybe you can see the difference between the two.

Thanks for the update and new pics. Looking good.

I have a slight imbalance in my arms too. What I like to do is an extra set of DB curls (for biceps) and DB Kickbacks (for triceps) with just my weaker arm. It really seems to help me bring up my lagging arm.

Start off your exercises targeting your weaker limb first and, like Donnie said, a little more than the stronger limb. And make sure you get the necessary rest to let your body recover.

Well I don't know how much this will encourage you to grow, but DAMN you're fine! I looked at your pics; you're cute as hell. And your body is great just the way it is. Of course to get bigger would be hot, but you look great.

So its been about 3 months and I am really seeing results. Still nothing that pictures are gonna be able to capture completely, but noticeable changes none-the-less. I went through my closet and tried on some shirts from just last year, and they were all tighter through my chest, shoulders, and bis. Must have something to do with me buying my own weight bench. I will get a few clothed pictures up soon so I can eventually do some comparison shots.
