What a first month!!! It's been a month since I began working out at my school's gym, and let me tell you that I am impressed by my progress. It's nothing extraordinary, but to me, it's kinda cool... When I started, I weighted about 175 pounds. I looked kind of fat, not too much, but certainly not cut. Then, I decided that I wanted to bulk up a little, so I bulked up to about 190 pounds, and gosh, was it worth it! In one month, my arms went from just a little more than 15 inches pumped to, and I measured them today, 16,5 inches! All my friends at school say things like: "Hey, are your arms bigger?", or "Getting big!" That's @#$% awesome! I did put on a little fat, mostly around the waist, but hey, my arms are really hard, and I can see some horseshoe action coming up. I a a little bigger everywhere else, but nothing as dramatic as my biceps. The othe thing that is awesome about my progress is that when I began, I could lift 90 pounds with the seated calf raise machine, and today I just did 180 pounds, 3 series of 12 reps with correct form! I doubled the weight I could lift. Well, one thing is sure: I am aiming for the 17 inches gunz... lol. Take care. |

Hi guys! Today, on the seated calf raise machine, i lifted 200 pounds! I am so happy! I'll let you know if I make any progress. However, I'll wait a little before posting pics, so you can really see a change. |

Hi! This morning, I weighted 195 pounds and my biceps, cold, measured exactly 16 inches, which means that I gained about a quarter on an inch on my biceps! I cant wait to see how big they now are when pumped. I'll have to wait until monday... |
