I noticed that too, but I see the same thing in the left arm ... to me, this looks like one head of the biceps is set really close to the deltoid.

Could be genetic, don't see why he would put a small amount of synthol in just that one area of his body.

It looks like a previous tear from when he was younger. Hot guy either way.

After looking at the third clip I even more think it's just the way his biceps are shaped. You can see it on both sides. He has the top/inner head, and the bottom/outer/longer head, and if he gets another inch or so of good real growth, he'll have that impossibly cool split-looking bicep that some bodybuilders get.

He is really well proportioned all over, and his biceps match the rest of him, so I don't think he's done any synthol.
