I actually know Matt and I taped the third video sorry it was on its side I felt he fit better on that angle...this was his first contest and I helped him with his posing (mandatories and his routine)...he took first in all his divisions its over a yr old...

Lake Area: it's really easy. I have IE6, but probably other browsers are similar. First, view the video until the download progress bar (or whatever it is called) at the bottom is completed...you don't have to wait until the video is finished. Then, click on "Tools" at the top left, then Internet options>settings>view files. Then locate the clip you want to save, hilight it (don't click), then click on the "copy to" icon at the top. That's it!

One little hint: be sure your "temporary internet files" are cleared before you view/save the video you want, otherwise the desired clip may not appear on the list. To do this, on the "internet options" page, just click on "delete files."

while we're on the topic of saving videos and stuff, does anyone have any recommendations for software/hardware to grab screencaps off a video and make jpeg's or something out of them? I've tried like 3 different things and the picture quality comes out so bad it's not even worth it.

Well, on most PC's, I've found that "Ctrl" + "Print Screen", then copying and pasting into an art program then cropping the picture and saving it as an appropriate picture type, usually seems to work. Though it only works on videos that are on the website still, such as Youtube.

Windows Media Player has one built in. I think the hot key is Ctrl+I... but don't hold me to that. I haven't used it in a while.
