| Hot @ 50 Or 49 or 51 or up... Having just celebrated my 50th birthday, I'm very mindful of the fact that there are a tremendous number of guys out there around my age who are hot, hot, hot! | Happy Birthday ARPEEJAY! Many more! I''m getting up there too, and its always inspiring to see guys willing to keep up the work it takes - into their 50s and beyond. I remember one time as a kid - I was with a friend and we saw this muscleman exercising in the local athletic field. We decided to spy on him - I guess because it was so unusual to see someone that muscular - and he was shirtless - sweaty and oiled up. What made it more unusual is that he was an older guy - blondish hair going gray etc. Its funny that your post reminded me of that after all these years... Thanks for the memories! |

| None of them writes like you do! Harder, harder! In the gym today Josh struck up a conversation with Alfonzo, a middle-aged black guy who is ALWAYS at the gym working out with his wife. His arms are about the size of my legs. Alfonzo pointed out he benched 405 lbs. today. He's shooting for 500 but says he's got hurry up "because I'm getting old." I snorted and THEN he said he was 52. I just wanted to slap the shit out of him. And, then, well, you know...! :-) Hope springs eternal! 50 is the new 30! xoxo Richard |
