Thumbs up muscle sigthing

i went to the gtm early and worked out rotutine but on my second run a big guy walked it, not pro big but built great arms and torso, i've noticed recently that no guys pose in my gym its like they build up but don't show off there hard work.

im i the only one who notices that no one is willing to check themself out strike a pose

My gym is like that too. Sometimes a guy will sneak a flex in the mirror, but only when they think no one is looking. Once in awhile someone will do a full out flex, usually a double bi for a buddy, acting like they're joking around.
Unless they're getting ready for a contest, I think most guys think it's too narcissistic to pose for themselves in the mirror. Or they think they're not big enough yet.

My friend checks his abs sometimes... and LOADS of people roll up there sleeves when they do curls or roll up their shorts for the leg press or leg curl, but yeah, generally people don't full-on admire themselves... in public, anyway.

I imagine they do it the bathroom (with its convienient full length mirror) or at home.
