| I don't like to critizise but although his body looks good, his head remindsme of a public famous character here in Spain. The Alba duchess. | Otaru_grower, to answer your question, "Plasma-bol" is the fake-steroid-name that they came up with, for their supplement which may or may not do anything, but which they claim will "increase your plasma volume." Plasma is the liquid part of your blood, what's left when you remove the red and white cells and the platelets. They claim that creatine won't help if you have a "low plasma volume" ... but I've never heard anything saying that this was a common, or even uncommon, problem. |
