Muscle Milk & Nitro-Tech

Greetings, muscleheads!

Has anyone utilized Musle Milk (by CytoSport) in his training? Also they have a Muscle Milk Light. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience with either or both.

I have a buddy who is currently using Nitro-Tech but doesn't like the taste and is considering the Muscle Milk products as substitutes.

These are decent supplements shop around on the web for the best price because they can be expensive. Be careful when they say light it usually means fake sugar or aspartame. I am a big fan of Optimum Nutrition protein powders, mainly because they are reasonably priced compared to the competition and I like some of the flavors they have. I am not plugging any particular product, I usually shop for price, nutritional value and taste.

I like MuscleMilk, but can't say whether it works any better or worse than any other product. It definitely tastes better than many though.
