supplement question

hey im askign this for a friend of mine he 5'10 150 slim toned want to bulk up what would be a good supplement i can recomend to him.

I agree tell him to get his diet in line, that means home cooked meals, fresh vegetables, cut out the sweets, snacks and junk food. But eat a lot more than you normally do, and always have a large breakfast. Training should match the diet, core lifts with good form, bench, deadlifts and squats. Eventually he can add a protein shake here and there and maybe Creatine, but real food is the most important thing.
