Hairy side effects?

Does anyone have a story or personal experience of growing a ton of excess body hair on steroids?

[COLOR=#ffa500]As I had stated in another post I donated a great deal of time with HIV patients and helped them during recovery as my time permitted. This included their steroid shots and in some cases some forms of long term help.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#ffa500]Not everybody grew hair. Three did, and of the three one did grow it profusely, but it did not happen overnight and took in all actuality a period of years. As the drugs helped these men, and I would like to think that my donated time meant something as well, most recovered and are doing well to this day. When I left the Palm Springs area I would routinely run into these guys with their significant others in places like Lowes or Home Depot and even years later the responses were still very mixed. [COLOR=#ffa500]The other thing I tended to notice that mystified me was that in spite of massive amounts of steroids I did not see the loss of hair on the scalp like I would have expected. [/COLOR]

When I first started on HRT, I only had a small patch on my chest. 10 years later, my front is a fur rug, plus my shoulders and back are hairy. Go to my blog below, and you can see how hairy I am.

Before HRT I only had a few hairs on my chest; mainly around my nipples. After more than 7 years of HRT, I have a small light patch of hair in the middle of my chest and a few more hairs around my nipples. In the past two years I'm starting to grow a little bit of hair on my back. I didn't notice any loss of hair on my scalp.
