Red face My progress in 2011 ...

Hey guys,

It's been a while since I gave a status report so I thought I'd tell you how things are going in summer 2011.

I'm around 315 lbs. at 5-foot-6. Leaned out a little but gonna do more with lean mass gains in between to prevent any loose skin folds as I get ready for competition in 2013.

I've attached pics which have a "Before" (the REAL pic of me) and "After" (the MORPHED pic of me).

http://www.flickr.com/photos/strongman2006/5901825389/
http://www.flickr.com/photos/strongman2006/5902388046/

I hope you like them. I'll keep you guys posted on my progress.

Take care,
Rick

I totally agree apreejay, a true inspiration on here it's been a while since I have seen him but he was one of the first members I ever met and totally got me into size and lifting.

For the record:

I had the pleasure of meeting Rick at the Arnold in Columbus, OH last year in March. He's every bit as nice and wonderful as he is huge!

SWMassman AKA HugeMuscleGeek in Power Mode

Hey...long time, no post. Sorry about that. ;-)

Lately I've been competing in powerlifting. I'm in the 275 pound (125kg) class and I'm right at the limit. Of course, this means I've added some size since my lightest at 225 pounds. This time though, I think it's much more solid than the last time I weighed this much.

Here are a few of my latest pics. If you want to see more, friend me on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/hugemusclegeek) and drop me a note telling me you're from here. I'll approve the friendship much quicker that way.

WOW big guy, you look awesome! It's crazy to remember how you looked at this weight a few years ago or when you were 225 and compare. Your arms and chest look amazing...huge and solid. You're just thick and muscular everywhere! Keep up the great work! You really are mastering the Big Muscle Daddy look!

Still powerlifting here...just finished a meet with a 365 raw competition bench at a body weight of 269 pounds

And I kinda like how this pic makes me look...my training partner says you can always tell a bodybuilder from the front and a powerlifter from the back. ;-)

Cool Late 2013 - Early 2014 Progress Update

Keeping this thread alive, I thought I'd provide an update of my progress. I've trimmed down to 300 lbs. and tighten up a bit. I'm seriously thinking of hitting the bodybuilding stage in 2015 at a ripped weight of 240-250. (crosses fingers)

Here are my latest progress pics. Looking to bulk up again by spring.
