They put your in a hypnotic trance, and then make you believe certain things are happening. I played with some of the growing ones, like the muscle, and boobs.

OK, let me further explain the situation...

Check out the website warpmymind.com and download some free files. You have to choose to accept the hypnosis and it may work.

OK, so as far as the files having an effect on me...I mean it works by power of suggestion. So, you listen to the file which just puts one into deep relaxation. As with the curse muscle bound file which I still believe is a free file, you start "feeling" the effects when the hypnotist says, "you will start to fee every muscle feel heavy and growing." You basically start thinking about it. Now, after the session is done and you are in your daily routine, you may be driviing and just want to say "musclebound" (which is a trigger to feel your muscle grow) and you start feeling the same sensations as when you where under trance.

I am currently listening to erection control which is supposed to make me control my own erections. It works by power of suggestion which is cool. I'll be driving one day and just would like to have an erection and the voices of evil mind guy will bounce into my head and makes me remember to get hard.
