Abs

Hey guys - new to the board, a lot of good info!

Quick question...I've been working out/eating right the past 4/5 months and I'm very close to geting a six pack I always wanted..when I work out I see it but when I'm home I only have a 4 pack.

Im at 9 percent body fat right now and having trouble cutting down the last 2/3 percent of body fat. I heard that's the hardest fat to get rid of. Is there anything I can do in addition to what I'm already doing? Maybe, throw in even more cardio? (I hate running and biking, so I play sports for cardio)

I lift 4 times a week, play hockey 3x week, tennis 2x week. Both sports that I'm pretty good at, so I get plenty of exercise. Currenlty Im at 6ft, 170.

As far as diet, I drink 3 myoplex carb control shakes a day, muscle armor and protein shakes. So I'm getting 125 of protein day. Eggwhite omelet, oatmeal, Chicken, Turkey, Fish and vegetables/fruit is pretty much all I eat.

Thanks for your help.

stick with the vegetables and minimize the fruit--high in sugar, also check out your protein powders ingredients many are loaded with carbohydrates. You can up the intensity of your lifting by making your workout a circuit-no rest in between exercises.

That sucks. Lol. That's one of my weak points, love sweets...had to give up ice cream, cakes for this...thought I can get away with fruit.

Are all fruits the same...or are there more "healthy" fruits than others.

I tend to eat berries, oranges, bananas, and pears.
