Ankle/wrist weights Are ankle/wrist weights any good? I saw them in a fitness shop. I wanted to get some advise from you before I bought anything. Has any of you used them? How often? What do they do: build mass, toning, endurance? Are they really worth it? |

Hopefully you did not purchase these, they are a waste of money unless you are using them for therapeutic use after an injury. Lift real weights, run, run up hill for more resistance or do sprints with a running parachute for more resistance, ankle wrist weights are always seen on HS athletes who do not know what they are doing--save your money. |
