Struggling to get results Hey guys, I've been gyming for about six months now, and I cant say I am to excited with my results... With the excpetion of 2 weeks in April and another 3 weeks in June, my program every week was: Monday - Chest and Triceps Tuesday - Legs Wedneday - Off Thursday - Back and biceps Friday - Shoulders and abs My diet has been difficult, but I make sure to have at least two protein shakes a day, and a decent size breakfast. I also try to cut out as much junk as possible. I have gone from weighing 67kg to weighing 72kg, with a slight increase in body fat. How can I make sure the next six months are more profitable? My friends suggest Anavar, but I'm not sure thats the right answer here... Thanks guys! Gerrit (South Africa) |

I don't know exactly how much fat you gained, but if it's a kilo, I'd say you have little to complain about. Most of us aren't much quicker than that... |
