New Goal Stats As I reported in Brad's thread: My visit to the nutritionist (female) was very positive. I told her: "I want to get my sugars under control AND gain 20 lbs. of solid muscle." She didn't bat an eye. "We can do that," she said. Josh (trainer) agreed. Just a matter of how long it will take, I think! :-) So, here's what I'm shooting for: Richard at 235 (+ 20) Arms: 18 1/2-19 (up 1 1/2 or 2) Chest: 54-55 (up 3 or 4) Waist: 33-34 (down 1 or 2) Bench: 300 (up 50) Squat: 500 (up 50) Deadlift: 350 (but 75) Think I can do it? xoxo Richard |
