Losing Fat/Gaining Muscle Question If your goal was to lose bodyfat (50 lbs. or so) and gain as much muscle as possible in 9 months which would you do? 1. Lose fat first and then work on building muscle 2. Work on building muscle and then work on losing fat 3. Try and do both at the same time 4. Something else? I have no contest goals or anything, just shaping up. I did quite a bit of lifting years ago so I?m hoping my body will remember some of that. Thanks, Bulkybud |
