favorit muscle to train?

well i personaly love training my pecs and happen to have larg pecs so i love to train them i get the biggest pumps out of them i love watching them push together on the incline when im lifting looking at the mirror all i see are the bottoms of my pecs and my head inbetween them when they push together i loooove it gets me all pumped n hard... hard when i get home lol. but yeah whats ur favorit muscle to train? sorry for bad spelling n grammer :[

Even though I have pretty good sized legs, I love the feeling of squats and working my legs and calves to exhaustion.

More recently, doing "planks" for my abs and Smith Machine squats for my legs (my back can be "tetchy")

DITTO!!! Although I have been making great gains in my back and chest lately, nothing beats that leg pump that makes it hard to walk much less stand up after sitting down . . . and the urge to be sick that comes and lets you KNOW you hit it hard.

I tend to go overboard with legs and a little bit with arms and back, but have started to do the same with chest....mainly to have something other than moobs on it.

ALL of them!

I usually take a time to workout one bodypasrt exclusively when I feel they are lagging, but on the whole I like a full body pump. Those "can barely squeeze through a doorway" type of pump that REALLY gets me going!
