Muscle Arrogance

My gym has gone psycho. So I got out of there.

Heres why....so there I was minding my own business pumpin up my delts when this chick comes walkin by in front of the damn mirror that I was looking in. I ignored her put the dumbells away and went down to the heavier dumbells for some presses and BAM there she was again in the mirror that I was looking at. Next thing I know she looked at me and said I had too much muscle arrogance and she stormed away.

Uh what the hell was that all about?

hmmm maybe it means when I lift my body just starts actin lik it knows everything?

She was a psycho bitch. That's the first thing that I thought. She was there to get noticed, and she was playing cutesy and putting herself there in front of you to get your attention. And when you did not go ga-ga for her she got pissed, plain and simple!

It happened to me once, only in my case I was saying hello to the cleaning lady at the gym, and this Aerobicize Queen next to me got pissed that I was not looking at her doing stretches and was probably bewildered as to why I was talking to this 60 something woman cleaning the floors and not paying her any attention! (The cleaning lady was nice and offered me a towel.....)

So, the nuts are out there, just don't pay them any mind and just get those muscles pumped!
