| Hey buddy, too bad you're not still in SLC. You have some potential from what I can see in your pictures. Diet is going to be a big thing for you. You've got to eat a lot when you have a fast metabolism. You're already at 170 now, so you should be able to gain another 20 lbs if you eat well and train hard. You'll also need to have at least 1g/day of protein per pound of bodyweight that you want to weigh. That means if your goal is 190, you should be having at least 190g of protein/day. Go to Active Nutrition in the Castro. They have some of the best protein blends there for good prices. Todd Hellings, the general manager, can help you get the right one. |
