Body Reducing For those of you who may be carrying unwanted weight around, or need to go from slabs to abs. Bodybuilding is bodyreduction, the only difference is the diet. When you first start heavy exertion you will lose a significant amount of wieght mostly as water stored in fat cells. The fat reduction will continue and slow down as you approach a more managable level. Forget the pictures of ripped midsection and washboard abs for now, those guys starved themselves before the photoshoot. If you engage in heavy excercise that makes your muscles strain, and perhaps leaves you a little sore the next day, the fat will be stripped off almost daily. A diet for losing weight can follow two option, replace the junkfood with fruit and vegetables, or the low carb diet. Even after cutting out the sugary and salty delicacies, its difficult to overeat fresh fruit. If you can, try to replace the bulk of your daylight snacks with fruit - its cheap and healty, and your main meals with vegables. And yes, you can still have meat. The low carb diet is another option that works at a small cost to your health. Heavy protien food, with as little carbohydrates (bread/cereal) as possible will force the body to make use of its energy reserves and start burning up its fat stores. Its not a very healthy option, but it will work. But the main point is, Same excercise, same regualr routines, will help no matter what. Trust me on this one, i didnt lose my flat tyre by a extra 30 min on the treadmill. |
