Tweak my workout routine! Here's my typical weekly workout routine. Day 1: Chest, triceps then biceps. Day 2: Upper back, traps, lower back, then shoulders Day 3: Quads, hamstrings, claves then abs. Each workout last about an hour. Choice of exercises do change occasionally, but compund exercises like bench press and squats are staple. And suggestions? |

nobody can tweek your workout without knowing what your trying to achieve. Also age, height , weight how long lifting would also be a help. |

Very well. More details. I'm trying to gain 20lbs of muscle mass in 3 or 4 years times. Current age 28, 5'3", just below 135lbs and had being training regularly for almost a year. Obviously I'm a hardgainer since my weight hardly changed for a year. |
