Question Tweak my workout routine!

Here's my typical weekly workout routine.

Day 1: Chest, triceps then biceps.

Day 2: Upper back, traps, lower back, then shoulders

Day 3: Quads, hamstrings, claves then abs.

Each workout last about an hour. Choice of exercises do change occasionally, but compund exercises like bench press and squats are staple.

And suggestions?

nobody can tweek your workout without knowing what your trying to achieve. Also age, height , weight how long lifting would also be a help.

Very well. More details. I'm trying to gain 20lbs of muscle mass in 3 or 4 years times. Current age 28, 5'3", just below 135lbs and had being training regularly for almost a year. Obviously I'm a hardgainer since my weight hardly changed for a year.
