Desmond Lee, Singaporean Bodybuilder

First off, he is not a friend of mine. Just that I met him when I went to a recent bodybuilding competition. I cannot believe he is the same age as me!!!

(lol) - it would be interesting for the malaysians here to have a meet up ... that is if we're all not too far from each other. PJ and KL are pretty accessible to me anyways since i'm in USJ.

On the other hand, i'd like to know more people who like going to the gym. Its kinda lonely being the only one of my circle of friends who go to the gym really ... and i do want to push myself to get a nice body nit its hard without physical support sometimes

Wow, he's amazing! I really admire Asian musclemen for a few reasons...
1) They destroy the "everything's so small" stereotype.
2) It reminds me of my hunky friend-with-benefits.
3) They all seem to be so good looking to me. I guess the whole "beauty's in the eye of the beholder" thing should be said... Just because.

Since Celebrity Fitness bought over California Fitness, all our memberships had been transfered, do you guys know whether the membership allows us to access to other Celebrity Fitness Centers as well?

Would love to go to see how the other gyms look like. =P

If you had a passport / multiple club access for California or Celebrity - it passes over. I believe there's is not such thing as a "home" membership. As long as you're a member of Celebrity now (or a auto transfer from Cali. membership) - you can access any branch of Celebrity and by default: ex-Cali centres.

And yes ... the Cali and Celebrity fitness centres feel quite different! Even some of the Nautilus machines in Cali can't be found in Celebrity; so there's a mix of weight aided machines and brands in Cali now (at least in the Pyramid/Sunway branch).

Well- if you'd like company in the gym when you get back, I usually go to the one in Subang; but Pyramid's pretty close anyways

I have only worked out by myself these past years - so it'd be nice to go with company.

Fine, I guess. It's just a student exchange program for a year. By the time I got back, I have to go for internship for my diploma. Sigh.

Ahhh, hope you get your fair share of fills of any hunky Koreans But yea - I hope you'll be able to get into some kind of regular training (gym) schedule when you're back - its always better to try to get a good healthy body than just watch from afar!

Hope your internship is all settled in by the time you arrive back!

Me? I hope to have more free time once I change industries in a couple of months. And by that, I mean more time at the gym and concentrate of proper dieting as well.
As of now, my current job is a little ... demanding on my time and I don't eat as well as I should although I try.
