I just threw out the Dennis James link because it's an amazing side chest shot of him and I wondered what you guys would/could do with it. Totally up to you if you try it.

Heh, its all about the disproportion! he's an obsessed person, even his huge triceps are just a side effect of having to bench press 950 lbs for reps to make these muscles grow further. If anything, he wants more size, only for his chest!

Not sure if my arms and shoulders are developed enough, what do you think? I curl 245 lbs for 9 slow reps and press 450 lbs, is that enough?

Lol.. I was talking shit with a friend who liked to show he knew all about anything, this time it was about street fighting, and it came to me telling him you cant be sure to win a fight by punching in the gut, and to prove my point I challenged him to punch me. I flexed my abs, he gave it all he had. didn't hurt or damage, so I gave him the requisite "that's it?"..
