Cycle Advice Hey guys, Basicaly ive been training 4 about a year now and kinda hit a plateau so was thinking bout doing my first cycle to boost me up. My diet is good and i train regularly so no probs there. Just need some thing else and the help and advice to get me started on it. I'd try upping your calories and protein for about a month before trying anything else. And when I say up, I mean like eating as much as you can several times a day. See how your body reacts to the added energy and building materials before you try anything else. __________________ Quit jerking off and morph yourself for a change! |

judging from you pics... you don't need a cycle. i'd say change your workout... you have to lift a lot heavier and eat a lot more. try this book: "serious strength training" by tudor bompa. it will show you how to "cycle" your workouts to maximize GROWTH. remember roids have a lot of side effects. they aren't the be-all, end-all. and once you're off them--you'll lose that water weight... and you'll want to go on again in order to feel big. __________________ keep working out, stay focused and you will achieve your goals in the gym! |

Based on your poasted pics i would advise against a cycle for now. !year of lifting isnt enough. There are other things you can be doing to get past a platue. here is a list 1) adjust your nutrition if your still eating the same amounts you were 3 months ago then your not giving your body anything to grow with. eat as if you weigh 15lbs more than u do. that way you will have the nutrition to grow with. 2) adjust your workouts every 3-4 weeks. your body usually adjust to training in2.5-3 weeks by changing workouts, sets reps etc you keep the body confused and it has to respond by growing . providing your nutrition is there to support it. 3) adjust your supplements eg. add in bcaa , flax oil , arginine, etc |
