| My bodybuilding journey ok, well i have been lifting on and off for a while now. Finally took the plunge and got serious 14 months ago. So here are my before and after shots. all feedback is welcomed! I bulked to 179lbs as of april 5th, and i am currently doing the labrada lean body challenge. i hope to have some amazing transformation pics in june, as well as compete in my first natural bbing show this year as well.     |

| Thanks guys!! I had an amazing time with it and actually bulking now, so I can compete again in 2011!! I got 10th out of 13th in the novice class and 6th out of 7th in the open class. Everyone looked awesome and the competition was very tough! Great motivation for next time, gonna take home a trophy in 2011!! Also plan to compete 10-15lbs heavier! |

| Sweet nice job. well done. What contest you looking to do in 2011? Doing Alantic States in June 2011 and then maybe 2 more after. Am either going to be a light-heavy or heavyweight at contest time. Let's keep in touch. |

| not sure what show yet, but it will most likely be an OCB show or another natural organization. loving the bulking season! |

| musclegod and clagary. thanks a lot man! yeah bulking up right now, and then gonna do 1-2 shows this fall. i will post pics once i hit the 190 mark, which is my goal. competed at 148 or so, so looking to compete in the 160's this year. Best of luck Calgary on your show! what show you doing? |
