Increasing lifts

Lately I've been making good progress in my core lifts, but my bench has been stagnant for quite some time. I'd really like to get it moving again but not sure exactly what I'm doing wrong. If anyone can help put me in the right direction...
Stats are in my profile and pertinent info. (hard to explain and all write out here) can be given.

rmh25us on yahoo, or usually in the chat room.

thanks guys
