Question to the users: how do you train while on?

what's different when you train (bodybuilding) on, and what's different while off? (that is, if you come off for more than just rehab).

Also, how do you train, while on, for cutting?

Thanks,
still only a student of the subject

I've been heavily cutting for the past month and a half and have only been doing a lot of distance biking and working my abs (along with a really strict diet). I'm to the point now where I'm starting to notice a little bit of muscle loss, so I'm going to add back in some light weight training just to keep my strength. But, I won't start lifting heavily again until I reach my target bodyfat percentage. I find that I tend to lose muscle if I train hard while cutting. That said I can't wait to get back to building muscle!

Thanks, Drew. I'm asking about people who do train for bodybuilding, though.

I train the same while on or off, same kind of effort. The difference is that while on one is stronger and more motivated, so one has to do their best, when off you have to pace it down, but I try to do the same routines and weights, even though I fel weaker.
For cutting, again, same routines, justa dd more cardio and abs. Everybody is different, I don't like to work out with light weights, even though a lot of repetions are used (12-15). I feel a better pump when using always my maximums.
So just work out your best always, would be my recommendation.

Question to the users how do you train while on

I say practice beforehand. Try out different techniques to see which way works out for you and to see how you need to pace yourself to accomplish your task.
