bulking up quick? Hi, I just started an intense weight training and nutrition plan to bulk up, and I'm doing fine, but I was wondering if there was any hypnosis or something along those lines to help me bulk up (with muscle) really fast. I'm working hard training but i just want that edge so when i go back to school everyone can be like wow that dude is a monster . So let me know if u know any successful files or anything like that and any advice is appreciated. |

how about you try lifting and eating correctly. There are no short cuts in this sport. also you gave no information as to current stats and your goal. you did state you have a new program and nutrition plan. Who wrote it for you? a trainer or did you do it yourself? To build muscle it takes time its not a over night process. There are no magic pills, needles, or mind control to make it faster if your current workouts and diet are right. |

What he said. Hypnosis only "changes" your state of mind to some degree, not your body's chemistry or physical appearance. You mentioned school, so I assume you're in high school or maybe college? If you are, now is the perfect time to start training. During the teen years and early twenty, you can really pack on some pounds compared to a guy who is in his late twenties or higher. Also keep in mind that everyone is different. If you find yourself not gaining mass right away, just keep at it. Some people start off slowly, or some people just gain slower than others. It could also be your meal plan or workout routine. Here's some tips for gaining mass... Which is just basic crap and/or common sense. Never overexert yourself. Over exerting yourself only hurts your body and hinders progress. You might be excited to keep on going, but if you feel tired or worn out, you've reached your limit. There'll always be another day to work out. You only cause harm to your muscles/body if you push yourself too hard. Follow workout procedures to a T. Doing an exercise wrong won't give you the full benefit. Not to mention it can sometimes cause pain and discomfort. If you're lifting weights and you can't seem to lift them correctly, that means you CAN lift the weight, but you can't do it properly (so you're barely doing it). Switch to a lower weight. Always warm up and cool down. What should be done usually varies from person to person, but it's mostly the same. Just ask a coach or gym personnel. I also think you should do a few breathing exercises beforehand. You don't HAVE to do it, but considering you're doing a strenuous activity, it's probably a good idea... It doesn't take long either, so meh. Stay hydrated. I've seen quite a few teens who seem to think not drinking water makes them stronger. I don't even know why they thought that was true in the first place. I'm sure you already know this part. Have a balanced diet. You can look for decent meal plans on google if you want. There's thousands of different plans, and it should be quite easy to find the right one for you. This is the base of your mass building. If you're not getting the right nutrients, then your body can't build the mass it should be building. |
