Well, all I can offer is the obvious 1) Train until failure on each bodypart, rest for a minimum of 24 hours, then continue ad nauseum 2) Eat a certain amount of protein per lb of bodyweight (I can never remember the precise proportion) 3) In the immortal words of Richard (adjusted for us Brits) "Please, we would like to see updated pictoral evidence on a fairly regular basis (preferably yesterday rather than tomorrow)!" __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |
