| Teen muscle transformation (Slideshow - soz) Yes it's a slideshow... but you have to watch it. Amazing. The guy went from cutey pie to absolute muscle dad* in 3 years. he started at 122 and ended up at 202. *Yes, "dad", causing adding the "-dy" would simply not do him justice.     |

| He looks unrecognizable now compared to three years ago and I'm just talking about his face. He could have acheived the look he has now within a year naturally if he really tried hard. He has a lot of body fat now. If he trimmed the body fat to 9% he would be around 172lbs. So he gained 50lbs of muscle in three years. |
