Having spoken to several real life bodybuilders, I am of the opinion that the following statements are true: Bodybuilders are people who...

I watch all above You tube Clips. The Life of Body Builder is very simple and Fast. The most of Time Body builder Spend on GYM. __________________ Honesty is my Passion |

I would like to contend, that they spend most of their time eating. If you assume six meals a day (at an average duration of 30 mins per meal) that's three hours a day. I would assume (but would be happily corrected if wrong) that when allowing for transport to and from gyms, a daily workout is slightly less or equal to that. __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |

Most Bodybuilders spend about 2 hours a day in the gym, definitely more time is spent eating and preparing meals. 6 to 8 meals a day is common and in the offseason the sheer amount of food is amazing. |

actually... Sleep is the #1 time consumer of a bodybuilder. Jay Cutler has been known to sleep up to 12 hours a day. Sleep is required for growth. When you train hard, tear down the muscle and feed like a fiend the body needs huge amounts of recovery time to metabolize the nutrients and build new tissue. That requires massive amounts of energy. The body needs to shut down as much as possible to process and build tissue. When i ret 5 hours of sleep at night my growth slows down regardless of anything else. When I get 10 plus hours I recover and grow like crazy. Sleep is when growth occurs. Just look at how much babies and growing teens sleep. |

It would be nice to see more clips of bodybuilders going about their everyday tasks. Though I think a competitive specially a profesional bodybuilder doesn't have a regular life at all, it should be quite frustrating to be the partner of one of them. Since they don't have much time to share, they're just constantly working on their body. __________________ Fuertesyrobustos.com - Crecimiento muscular en espa?ol |
