workout routine at home? due to commuting difficulty and scheduling going back and forth from the gym is difficult and im contemplating switching my workouts to home. At home I have a set of adjustable dumbbells which can go up to 20 pounds each or 40 pounds on one. can anyone recommend any routines which will allow me to bulk up significantly using what I have at home or whether that's just not doable. I rele wanna get big and commitment i have i just need some guidance |

Follow the link... Here is a nice place to start. http://scoobysworkshop.com/WorkoutPlanGenerator.htm If you need more help, do ask more specific questions. Do you have an adjustable bench? Do you have at least 8 hours of sleep? Do you eat right? How much you eat? How much you want to invest on additional gym equipment and/or supplements? There's lots of factor to consider. |
