A lot of the low level shows end up a bit like this. I recall one where some of the contestants were booed off stage, which is pretty rough treatment considering the prize is only a tiny $50 trophy and bucket of whey protein. Compedetive bodybuilding is difficult to promote, few people hear about it, few personalities develope unlike other sports, and not that many people are able to make the grade in the first place. Id probably stand an OK chance for my weight class if I could master getting ripped in time, but so far, im uncompedetive too. __________________ Dont Do Supplements |

i've always found those people (and the contest officials who let them in) annoying. there needs to be a rule about that. oh and i just realized it was only the two guys doing the comparison - the other guy most have felt really bad to have the judges match him up like that |

Its not new. every contest has at least one person who shouldnt be up there. They cant stop you. it would open them to law sutes. its does suck that this happens. |

...frivolous if you ask me. there should be a rule: no one may step on stage with body fat higher than a given percentage. |

I say, good on him for giving it a go. How many people say they could easily do a competition, but then don't 'even have the motivation to stick to a competition diet, let along have the guts to get on stage? Yes, there is sometimes people who compete (mainly in amature shows) who could do with a couple more weeks (or months) of dieting. Quite often it's their first show, so they can only go up from there. __________________ Watch me grow!
