What happens with failure? Often enough in life we set goals. Many times those goals are not met. With respects to bodybuilding and weight training, what are appropriate goals and most importantly: How do you move forward after failing to meet a goal? __________________ Wow, I've never seen an arm that big! Keep puching myself harder and harder till I do! |

Use that failure as motivation to push yourself harder. Set your goals to be as challenging as possible while, at the same time, being able to be accomplished within the timeframe. Don't look at the negative, always look at the possitive. __________________ Watch me grow at http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/Ragetiger/ I do keep a few other shots in the scraps folder http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ragetiger/ |

I look at what I have accomplished in the past and suddenly that one small failure just rolls off my shoulders. Then I figure out what I could have done differently and give it another go! I never give up, just keep pushing harder and harder. In the end, it'll be worth it. __________________ There is no pill or powder that will give you motivation or determination.
