| 5 months Progress I had a torn right distal biceps tendon in late September and had surgery right after the injury. Here's a photo of how i looked like in October of 2010, vs a couple of days ago (March 11). i am pretty satsfied with my gains,especilly the fact that my left side has grown too and ive added 8 lbs.
