need some help on a villain

well you all been reading my grimm tales. however i need to come up with a villain.

Though i am gretly inspired by using an adaptation fo the white witch of narnia i been trying not to draw everything from fairy tale books.

so far all i got is a witch who looks like a supermodle but causes the worst sins in a person to come out. she steals souls by making them read her own warped tales and become the things they read about. or by some extent she manages to steal the souls of the dead as well.

her main focus in the coming chapters is gonna be to get the book from alex one way or the other which will end this saga in a magic duel.

however, since this is a muscle growth site i am having trouble finding folklore monsters that would fit this description of "evil" that alex hasnt already encountered. aside from that i dont see her kind of "wicked" ideas going to the gym to recruit a bunch of muscle bound thugs to do her job for her.

so a little help please?

you could have your "white witch" use modern fantasy/fairy tales stories, such as Tolkein's LOTR, Brook's Shannarra series, Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, Jordon's Wheel of Time series and so forth.

When I think of folklore monsters and muscle growth, the only thing that comes to mind is the Jersey Devil. Since there are many variations on its description, you could work it into the story as a villain. Maybe it could be a muscular human-like creature with hooves, large horns, and a tail?

If you do not insist on taking all story threads from classic fairy tales, you can use threads from movies showing bodybuilders such as CONAN THE BARBARIAN or even MUSCLE BEACH PARTY.

well the idea is she is trying to beat him at his own game so yes fairy tales are kind of a must. the jersey devil or the mothman sounds like a good idea even the chupacabra. Stories like lord of the rings wouldnt work because they are too broad based without a singular focus. Now if she wanted to draw weapons from thee that could work. Her idea is to play him at his own game but making people read specific stories where there is only 1 hero n 1 villain so that when they die she can turn their souls into the villain of each story and use them for her own personal gain.

So far the only main part is got is that she is an old being from the egyptian times who was written into a story book to keep her imprisoned. then every so often she does manage to get out and then put into a new story. The most recent book she manaed to worm through was the chronicles of narnia hence why i wanted to use to the white witch. I was somewhat inspired by wes craven's new nihtmare n decided to make a femal entity thats a personification of evil but takes on the shape of the villain she is written into.

How about a witch who does most of those things you mentioned? She finds desperate men, gives them power, but steals their souls/mind in the process. They basically sign their bodies and souls over to her. That sounds pretty evil AND allows for muscle growth. Sounds more like a stereotypical demon (like from "I Was A Teenage Faust" in a way) and not a witch, though.

I believe a lot of creatures rom Greek mythos could be inspiring for muscle growth. Titans comes to mind first off, but maybe this witch would snag some innocents and grant them strength rivalling things like minotaurs and manticores? I could see some guys getting pretty buffed up with essence of Gorgon attached to their own human essences.
