Looking for honest opinions... Hey guys. Long time lurker, and first time poster. I've been lifting for a solid 14 months and could use some honest feedback. When I started, I was close to 200 flabby pounds. Through a change in diet, weights and cardio, I got down to 185. In October of last year, I decided I wanted some serious size, and growth. Since then, I have edged up to 220, and about 15% bf. My goal is 250, and then see how I feel once I'm there as far as cutting, or going for more size. I would appreciate any honest opinions on what I've built so far, and what you think my potential may be as far as reaching 250. Any and all feedback appreciated. I do have more pics, but not ready to post them up on here. I may be willing to share if you want to contact me personally on YIM (live_to_grow2002). Man, you guys are amazing! I really appreciate the positive comments and support. 250 is actually my goal weight, so wish me luck. Looking at competing in a show in the fall of 2012. Think I can do it?? |

You're looking great! Very good progress in only 14 months. Potential is hard to judge from a few pics but I'd say yours is better than mine was. I'm also 6'2". Started at 165 at 17. Never made it to 250, though I tried almost everything to get there. My bf was 22% when I hit 246 and I just couldn't stand it being so high so I started cutting. I hover around 225 now. Seems to be where my genes want to keep me :-( Keep it up! Show off your pics in another 14 months! I'm bigrob66 on Flickr. Say howdy sometime. |
