Little three-month update for you guys. Maybe I'm becoming a Clifton Jock (hey, by the way, there's a new chapter! Go read it! ).

I do see some progress here, especially with my back and deltoids. Getting a little bit more sun hasn't hurt either - makes the muscles stand out more!

My lil' tiny wrists say thanks for looking.

Anyway, don't most/all muscle men have lil' tiny wrists? Not that it matters, since the muscles used for the fingers/wrists are actually reside around the forearm.

Since it's late/technically early and I'm bored and want more post counts and I'm bored and I'm nosy and I'm bored, I have a few questions.

1) How much do you weight?
2) Do you shave or wax or are you naturally "smooth"?
3) What's the heaviest amount you can lift in general?
4) do you how do?
5) What supplements do you take and how many calories do you take in a day?

You have the kind of ectomorph frame that eventually looks extremely graceful and powerful when you apply muscle. You are starting to look like a TallSteve morph.

Lol, happy to oblige.

1) It's steadily climbing. I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I'm usually about 175-180. I'm guessing I'm leaning closer to the 180 mark now. Even though I look more filled out, my weight never seems to increase much, and my bulks have little effect. I think age will help with it over time. I'd kill to weigh 200.
2) Aside from shaving my face, I'm naturally smooth. Nothing on my chest, and my arm and leg hair is pretty blond so it doesn't really show up in photos.
3) This is hard for me to answer at the moment, because my workout partner and I have been doing higher reps of lighter weights. I wish my maxes were higher than they are. As it is, my one-rep bench press is probably around 230, military press is 160, dumbbell bicep curl is 55. My squat and deadlift is embarrassingly low and thus I will not reveal it. :P

5) I've been through 'em all, except the illegal stuff (which I've had a chance to go on, but turned down?wanna see how big I can get on my own). I'll spare you the laundry list and just say that I'm currently using Jack3d pre-workout, followed by a post-workout shake with ON Pro Gainer, oats, and a banana. I toss in creatine monohydrate on off days. I used to do casein at night but can't afford it at the moment. Once I start making more money - which is coming pretty soon - then I'll probably go supp crazy. I don't count calories because it's all fuel to me, but I try to get 350+ grams of carbs a day, and that much protein as well, although I've been failing on that front as of late.

Anyway, thanks for the answers. I have a bad grip on weight:size ratio when it comes to muscles, so I feel the only way to be more accurate with the ratio is to ask around and/or look for pics with weights shown and stuff.

Except hopefully my head stays proportionate I am not that big yet, but will be one day. Slow 'n' steady.
