Tired of being a lame fatty.

Hi, I'm new here.
I'm bored of having a gut. I want a hot bod. One full of muscle.
Soooo, this is me:

you look great already and you're young. My unsolicited advice would be to rid yourself of negative thoughts as far as you can and find a positive reason to change your body. Keep up the good work!

Couldn't agree more. You've got a nice base, start weight training and do it for yourself. Don't pay attention who finds anything attractive. Also short term goals help. In regards to how to train, most beginner routines are 3 days a week. Although this doesn't mean that yours has to, but it leaves a good time for the body to recover between workouts.
