Just as some of Superman's powers had manifested themselves in Luthor's body. Luthor was now developing some of his own. As he gazed into the mirror & concentrated it happened. Luthor flexed his arm and willed it to grow....AND IT DID. He flexed the other one and it did too. He puffed out his chest and the pecs swelled to incredible size. Luthor gritted his teeth & smiled as if he had just crushed Superman under his feet. Another new power. He concentrated again and his other muscles burst out to catch up. Concentrating again Luthor brought his muscles back to the size they were minutes ago. Yes, Luthor smirked. Muscle control power.
