| Just goes to show that a tall guy can really be big and imposing when he fills out with muscle. I'm thinking this guy is/was a lineman in football. He's got that kind of big frame. Adding cut muscle to it is really impressive! |

| Steve Chrisman...tall hottie! He's large and IN CHARGE, as Lonnie Teper says! 6'3" 305# in this video (April 2011). Steve says he wants to get up to 315#, then cut down to compete "in the high 280s". *Gulp!* Arms are 21" COLD -- they pump up to "over 22 inches". He says that to get big at this height takes a lot of hard work, so you "need to be serious about your training and diet". Age 27 here, military veteran (USN) mustered out in 2007. During his last assignment he was in Korea and did not have a chance to keep up the training and eating, so he "dropped 15 pounds from around 250 down to 235 or so." Impressive guy, good looking, great "off season" body. I hope he does well in competition! Mdlftr |

| A couple of days ago I was rinsing out a plate. A tall co-worker (6'4") came by and started some small talk as he got closer ... Whoah!! his height just made me weak in the knees, he literally cast a shadow over me. He is not muscular but managed to still be imposing. If he had been a rare tall and muscular guy, I'm pretty sure I would have broke out in a sweat and started stuttering. __________________ -ottomun6- It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines and get in there! |
